Across both clinical and administrative roles, we're looking for people who are:

  • Curious and committed to learning

  • Collaborative rather than siloed

  • Thoughtful about the patient experience

  • Excited about improving how healthcare is delivered

  • Comfortable with a growing, evolving environment

  • Interested in contributing ideas rather than simply following a checklist

For clinical roles specifically, we're looking for providers who want autonomy within their expertise while being part of something larger than an individual practice.

This isn't designed for someone looking to build an independent private practice under our roof.

We're building a shared practice, shared infrastructure, and shared patient experience.

We're building this from the ground up.

That means early team members have an opportunity to influence how the practice develops—not just step into a job description that was created years ago.

As the practice grows, there may be opportunities for expanded hours, leadership, program development, mentorship, and other responsibilities for those who want them.

Some people may want a small, flexible clinical role.

Others may want to grow into something much larger.

We want to build a practice that can accommodate both.

Why Join Early?

Why We're Building This Practice

Patients often need more than one type of care to get the results they're looking for.

A patient working with a Registered Dietitian may also benefit from pelvic floor physical therapy. Someone working with a therapist may benefit from nutrition or movement support. A provider may recognize that another specialty could make a significant difference in a patient's progress.

The recommendation is easy.

The follow-through isn't.

Another provider means another search, another phone call, another insurance question, another intake, another appointment—and another person the patient has to explain their story to.

Sometimes the process becomes too much before the patient ever receives the care they need.

We want to change that.

Our goal is to create a multidisciplinary health & wellness practice where specialized providers work together under one roof, making connections between providers easier and helping patients access the right care at the right time.

We don't believe any one provider has every answer.

We believe better outcomes happen when the right experts work together.

We're Building for Patients AND  for Providers

We believe exceptional patient experiences and exceptional provider experiences are not competing priorities.

They create one another.

Patients deserve thoughtful, coordinated, evidence-based care.

Providers deserve the time, trust, autonomy, collaboration, and resources to practice at the highest level of their expertise.

We're building a practice where clinicians can remain excited about their work while patients receive the time, attention, and expertise they deserve.

Our model is intentionally flexible. As patient needs change, research advances, and new technology becomes available, we want the practice to evolve with them.

We're looking for people who want to keep learning and help us keep improving.
