Clinical Opportunities

Help us build a multidisciplinary health & wellness practice where providers can do their best work—and patients can access the expertise they need more easily.

We're building our founding clinical team in Rochester, NY.

We're looking for healthcare professionals who want to practice with autonomy while being part of a collaborative team that is intentionally designed around both patient outcomes and provider experience.

More expertise. Less friction. Better outcomes.

We believe patients often need more than one specialty to achieve the results they're looking for. Our goal is to make those connections easier, for patients and for providers.

Rather than sending patients out into a disconnected healthcare system whenever another specialty could help, we're building a practice where complementary providers can work together under one roof.

Clinical Roles Description

If you're an exceptional clinician who believes healthcare can be more connected, collaborative, and patient-centered, we'd love to start a conversation.

Who we are looking for

We're currently interested in connecting with:

  • Registered Dietitians

  • Nurse Practitioners

  • Mental Health Providers

  • Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists

  • Exercise & Movement Professionals

  • Therapeutic Massage Providers

  • Other complementary healthcare professionals serving adults

You don't have to fit neatly into a predefined role. If your specialty could meaningfully complement the care provided by our team, we'd like to hear from you.

What makes this role different?

Clinical autonomy

We trust providers to practice at the highest level of their education, training, and expertise.

This isn't a rigid outpatient model built around checklists and outdated workflows. Our model is designed to evolve as patient needs, research, and healthcare technology evolve.

Real collaboration

We want providers to actually communicate—not simply operate in separate offices under the same roof.

The goal is to make appropriate referrals and collaboration easier, so patients can receive more coordinated care without having to navigate everything themselves.

A better provider experience

We believe exceptional patient care shouldn't require provider burnout.

We are building the infrastructure around clinicians so they can spend more of their time doing what they're best at: caring for patients.

Innovation + evidence

We're interested in thoughtful use of technology, data, and emerging research when it improves patient care.

Our practice already incorporates tools such as body composition analysis and metabolic testing, and we expect our approach to continue evolving.

What we offer

Initial opportunities are part-time with flexible hybrid scheduling, including both in-office and virtual care.

Depending on role and employment structure, support may include:

  • Credentialing and billing support

  • Administrative support

  • Marketing and referral support

  • Secure EMR

  • Pre-built patient agreements, forms, and workflows

  • HIPAA-compliant virtual care

  • Professional liability coverage for employees

  • Access to clinical and assessment technology

  • Collaboration with other healthcare professionals

  • Potential to increase hours as patient demand grows

  • Opportunities for leadership, program development, and other expanded roles

We're intentionally building the infrastructure so providers don't have to build and manage an entire private practice around their clinical work.

Who this is for

This could be a great fit if you:

  • Want clinical autonomy without running your own business

  • Value collaboration across specialties

  • Are curious and committed to lifelong learning

  • Enjoy thinking beyond traditional healthcare models

  • Want flexibility without sacrificing connection with colleagues

  • Are excited by the opportunity to help shape a growing practice

  • Care deeply about both patient experience and meaningful clinical outcomes

This is not an independent private practice opportunity.

We're building a shared practice and shared patient experience.

You'll have autonomy within your specialty, but you'll also be part of a team and a larger vision.

Start small, grow if you want to

We're intentionally starting with flexible, part-time opportunities.

Some providers may want a small clinical role that fits alongside other commitments. Others may eventually want more regular hours, leadership responsibilities, or involvement in developing programs within the practice.

We want there to be room for both.

As the practice grows, opportunities can grow with it.

Interested?

You don't need to know exactly what your future role looks like.

If you're an exceptional clinician who believes healthcare can be more connected, collaborative, and patient-centered, we'd love to start a conversation.

Know another provider who might be a fit?
