1 / Do I need metabolic testing to participate?
No. Metabolic testing is included, not something you need to do beforehand.
As part of the program, we use tools like a Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) test and body composition analysis to remove guesswork and personalize your plan. This ensures recommendations are based on your physiology, not averages or online advice.
If you’ve never had testing done, that’s expected — and often exactly why previous efforts didn’t work.
2 / Is CGM required?
No. A Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) is optional, not required.
For some participants, CGM data provides helpful insight into blood sugar patterns, hunger, and energy. For others, we can achieve excellent results without it using food intake, symptoms, and metabolic testing alone.
If a CGM is appropriate for you, we’ll guide setup and interpretation so the data is useful — not overwhelming. If it’s not, the program still works.
