In these 1 hr group education sessions we will review topics to promote healthy habits for your whole self to include: balanced eating, sleep hygiene, physical activity, and more! 

Weight Loss Competition

3 months

1.5hr Weekly

Join your co-workers in some friendly competition. 

We will jump start your weight loss goals by providing an individual consult for each participant at the beginning and end of the 3 month course. Weekly weigh-ins and group nutrition education will be provided.
