HOW TO ACTIVATE CASH APP CARD?

The Cash Card is basically a Visa debit card that enables you to spend money directly from your Cash App balance. You can use your Cash Card to order any services and goods from online shops and also from any offline stores that accept Visa. The Cash Card is absolutely free and can be customized as per your requirements and choice. It is linked to the Cash App balance. You can change the design of your Cash Card with unique color, change the signature and add emojis as per your choice and differentiate the look of your card from others. Your Cash Card can be used to withdraw money at any ATM but it involves a fee of $2 imposed by Cash App.

For the ease of Cash App users, Cash App introduced a physical debit card. With the Cash App card, users can treat Cash App the same as a bank account. Cash App users can use their Cash App card to get money from any bank ATM that accepts Visa. An activated and ready to use Cash App card allows you to pay and buy any goods and services online or from any retail stores directly from your Cash App account balance. The Cash Card is similar to your other debit card from Cash App. You don’t need to open your Cash App on your mobile to initiate any transaction. This is very helpful for those Cash App users who are unable to make transactions from their Cash App account due to a network issue in their mobile phone or if they are running out of mobile battery.

How To Request A Cash Card

Launch the Cash App on your Android or iPhone device and tap the Cash Card icon which is located at the bottom of the screen and second from the left icon.
Now tap the “Order” button which is a green button with a red rectangle line.
As a next step, you need to choose the color of your Cash Card. There are only two colors, black and white, available for your Cash Card.
On the next page, you need to decide whether you like your unique $Cashtag to be printed on the front of your Cash Card or not. Select the toggle with yes or no. Your $Cashtag will appear on the front of the card if the color of the toggle is green and your $Cashtag will not appear on the front of the card if it is white.
You also have the option to here to insert your signature or a drawing as per your choice on the front of your Cash Card. You can draw whatever you wish in the box with your finger or you can add an icon or letter with the help of the smiley face icon available at the bottom of the screen.
On the next page, you need to provide your mailing address where you would like to get your Cash Card delivered.
Now you need to confirm your first and last name which will be printed on your Cash Card on the next page and click “Next”,
Provide your age details. Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to apply for a Cash Card.
After that provide the last four digits of your social security number and click “Next”.
A pop up screen will appear which confirms that you have successfully requested your Cash Card.
On this page, you will be redirected to a new page and here you can add money to your Cash Card. You can add your required amount of money to your Cash Card.

Please note that you need to wait for 10 business days once you placed the order for your Cash Card to be arrived. You can only apply for a Cash Card if you completed at least 18 years of age. You can use your Cash Card by adding it to your Google Pay or Apple Pay account. You can also use your Cash Card with the card details available on the Cash Card tab.

How To Activate Your New Cash App Card

You can apply for a Cash App card easily from your Cash App account. You need to activate once you receive the Cash Card to start the transaction. There are two ways in which you can activate your new Cash App card. The first is to activate Cash App card using the QR code and the second is to activate Cash App card without a QR code.
